Little Forest ("we", "us", "our"), operated by CreativeU Pte Ltd, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or trial booking, or message us, we may collect:

• Your name and contact details (phone number and, optionally, email);
• Your child's name and age, where you choose to provide them;
• The programme and location you're interested in, and any message you include.

We only ask for what we need to help you. You can leave optional fields blank.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and recommend a suitable programme;
• Arrange, confirm and manage your trial class and bookings;
• Contact you about your enquiry and our classes.

By submitting a form or messaging us, you consent to us using your data for these purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, messaging (WhatsApp) and booking or customer-management tools — who are required to protect it and use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How we protect & keep it

We take reasonable steps to safeguard your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to process your trial booking or enquiry.
